Anti-bribery & corruption
We do not accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments or improper advantages in business decisions.
Ethics & integrity
Technical capability only creates durable value when decisions are made with integrity, appropriate controls and respect for the people and jurisdictions involved.
This page states Ventura's working principles. It does not claim third-party certification or replace project-specific legal and compliance review.
Public commitments
Our expectations apply to Ventura teams and guide how we select and coordinate customers, suppliers, contractors and other business partners.
We do not accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments or improper advantages in business decisions.
Actual or potential conflicts should be disclosed early and handled through an appropriate review.
Relevant counterparties, jurisdictions, goods, services and end uses are reviewed according to the risk and applicable requirements.
Suppliers, agents and contractors are considered through a risk-based qualification and clear scope of responsibility.
Confidential, personal and technical information should be limited to need, purpose and authorized access.
Concerns raised in good faith should be reviewed responsibly. Retaliation connected to a good-faith report is not accepted.
Risk-based controls
Different projects require different levels of review. The control path is defined by transaction, jurisdiction, counterparty, asset and end use.
Controls are scaled to the opportunity and do not eliminate the need for specialist legal, tax or regulatory advice.
Counterparty and beneficial-ownership review where appropriate
Sanctions, export-control and end-use screening when applicable
Defined approvals, responsibilities and contractual scope
Documented technical, commercial and logistics interfaces
